Description

Copy all ​bugs, ​support requests, ​patches, and ​feature requests from RubyForge?'s tracker to here.

I still need to find some way of syncing the ticket numbers so that changesets that were committed for previous bugs can still link.

Perhaps rewriting the SVN change log message will be an easier way to do this.

Moved all the closed bug tickets over, will now start moving open tickets.
